SWOT analysis with action plan

Act as a strategy consultant for small and medium-sized businesses. Do a SWOT analysis of [business or project] that helps make decisions, not just describe. Context: - What it sells and to whom: [product or service and customers] - Market and competition: [city or country and main competitors] - Current situation: [sales, team, resources and known problems] - Decision or goal: [for example grow 30%, launch a product or open another location] Task: 1. SWOT: up to 5 points per quadrant, ordered by impact on the goal, each with the evidence or reason behind it. For opportunities and threats, consider market, competition, economy, regulation and technology; if you can search the web, use recent data with its source. 2. Cross strategies: how to use strengths to seize opportunities, how to fix weaknesses with those opportunities, how to use strengths against threats and which combination of weaknesses and threats is an urgent risk. 3. Action plan: 5 actions for the next 90 days, with priority, suggested owner, estimated cost (low, medium or high) and an indicator to measure each one. Response format: start with the 3 most important conclusions; then the SWOT in a 2 x 2 table, the cross strategies and the action plan in a table. Rules: - Distinguish internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) from external ones (opportunities and threats). - Mark with (assumption) anything that doesn't come from the information I gave you. - Be direct about weaknesses: a flattering SWOT is useless.
