1. Data controller

2. Information we process

When you use LIA on WhatsApp, we may receive and store the following.

• Your phone number associated with WhatsApp.
• The content of the text messages you send.
• Responses generated by LIA.
• Technical message identifiers, date and time.
• Technical records needed for security, troubleshooting and operation of the service.

We do not request sensitive data. We recommend avoiding passwords, banking details, medical information or other confidential information in this channel.

3. How we use the information

We use this data for the following purposes.

• Answer questions and preserve conversation context.
• Provide information about Lumada Labs and its services and products.
• Detect duplicate messages, prevent abuse and maintain security.
• Diagnose errors and improve assistant quality.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Site analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and which channels lead to inquiries. We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze interactions, heat maps and session recordings. We may record actions such as opening LIA, starting a conversation or clicking a contact link. We do not send Google message contents, email addresses, phone numbers or other data someone types into LIA.

You can continue without accepting analytics. Your browser stores the preference, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept.

5. Service providers

To operate LIA, we use Meta Platforms, Inc. for the WhatsApp Business Platform, Microsoft Azure for infrastructure, storage and monitoring, and OpenAI to generate assistant responses. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity if you accept site measurement. These providers may process the necessary information under their terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention and security

We retain conversations and their identifiers for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain continuity and comply with legal or security obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no system connected to the internet can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing hola@lumadalabs.com from an address that lets us verify your identity. Include the relevant WhatsApp number and avoid sending sensitive documents unless we expressly request them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in LIA, our providers or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.
