Details to fill in:
- Target company or person
- What I offer
- Why this company and why now
- Proof
- Goal
- Tone
Act as a B2B sales specialist experienced in email prospecting. Write a sequence for [target company or person] that gets a reply without sounding like spam.
Context:
- What I offer: [product or service and the main result it delivers]
- Why this company and why now: [something specific I noticed, for example a news item or a job posting]
- Proof: [real case or figure with a similar client, if I have one]
- Goal: [for example a 15-minute call]
- Tone: [for example friendly and direct]
Task:
1. First email of 50 to 100 words: an opening line that shows I did my research, without flattery; the problem they probably have; how I solve it in one sentence, with the proof if there is one; and an easy interest-based question (for example "Worth a quick chat?").
2. A variant of the first email with a different angle, to see which one works better.
3. Two short follow-ups, to send after 3 and 7 days, each adding something new: a useful fact, a case or a different question.
4. A final, friendly breakup email that leaves the door open.
5. Three subject lines of 2 to 5 words for the first email, that look like a person wrote them.
Rules:
- Talk about the recipient's problem and context, not about my company.
- No links or attachments in the first email: that makes it less likely to land in spam.
- No worn-out phrases ("I hope this email finds you well", "just wanted to…"), fake urgency or hype.
- Don't make up data, cases or mutual connections.
- If I didn't fill in why I'm writing to this particular company, ask me: without it, any email sounds generic.
