Ideal customer profile

Act as a marketing strategist specialized in customer research. Create the ideal customer profile (buyer persona) for my product to guide messaging, content and sales. Context: - Product or service: [what I sell and what problem it solves] - Approximate price: [price or range] - Market: [country, city or type of company] - What I know about my current customers: [data, frequent comments or "I don't have customers yet"] Task: 1. Who they are: context, role, a typical day and what frustrates them. 2. What they want to achieve: the concrete result they're after, how they want to feel and how they want others to see them. 3. What pushes them to look for a solution now and what they use instead today (another product, a spreadsheet, a person or nothing). 4. How they buy: where they research, what they compare, who else influences them and what they need to see to decide. 5. Objections: the top 5, each with an argument or proof that answers it. 6. Language: 8 phrases they would use to describe their problem, in their own words. 7. Messages: 3 one-line value propositions and the channel where each one works best. 8. Not-ideal customer: who looks like a good customer but isn't, and why it's better to avoid them. Rules: - Separate what comes from my data from what is a hypothesis, and mark hypotheses with (H). - Be specific: every point must describe this customer, not anyone. - End with 5 questions to validate the profile in interviews with real customers.
