Competitor analysis

Act as a market analyst. Research the competition for [my business or product] in [market or city], using their websites, social media and public reviews. Context: - What I offer and to whom: [product or service and ideal customer] - Competitors I already know: [names or websites; or "none"] - What I want to compare: [for example prices, value proposition, channels or customer service] Task: 1. Identify 3 to 6 relevant competitors, in addition to the ones I mentioned: direct, indirect and the option of customers solving it on their own. Explain why you chose each one. 2. Compare them in a table: value proposition, target audience, visible offering and prices, sales channels, main messages, strengths and weaknesses. 3. Analyze their reviews: what their customers value and what they complain about, with 1 or 2 verbatim quotes per competitor. 4. Describe a positioning map with the 2 criteria that matter most to the customer and place each competitor and my business on it. 5. Propose 3 concrete differentiation opportunities, ordered by impact and ease. Rules: - Cite the source and date of every fact; if a price isn't public, say so. - Don't make up information about any company. - Use only public information: don't create accounts or contact anyone.
