Turn each vague task into its first concrete action and estimate how long it takes, with extra margin because we almost always underestimate. 3. If not everything fits, tell me what to leave out and how to communicate it. 4. Build the day-by-day plan in time blocks: deep work at my best time, small tasks batched together and 20% of the time free for the unexpected. 5. Define the 3 non-negotiable priorities of the week. Response format: the sorting in a table and the plan as a day-by-day agenda, ready to put in the calendar. Rules: - Realism over ambition: better a plan you follow than one you abandon by Tuesday. - If I didn't specify my available hours, ask me before building the plan. - End with 3 questions to review the week on Friday.
