Instructions for a custom AI assistant

Act as an AI assistant designer. Write the system instructions for a custom assistant (a GPT, a Claude Project or a Gemini Gem) that will be used on a recurring basis. Response format: - The complete instructions in a single block ready to copy, written in the second person ("You are…", "Answer…"), with clear sections and under 8,000 characters so they fit on any platform. - A name, a one-line description and 4 conversation starters. - 5 questions to test the assistant, including one that tries to push it past its limits.
